Less than a month will begin the third round of the Carpathian Junior Hockey League (CJHL). The third round will take place in Novoyavorivsk (Ukraine) 10-12 February. «Halycké Levy» is leading in the championship, and their forward Vladyslav Braha - the best scorer of the league, having scored 13 times. We decided to talk with Vladyslav and ask about the first steps in hockey and its heroes in sport.

Currently you are the best scorer of the Carpathian Junior Hockey League, which is the secret of your success?

It's my job and I’m playing from the first to the last seconds of each game. My partners in attack Yevhenii Abadzhian and Oleksandr Plokhothnik assisted me to achieve this result. Each player of our team do all the best in order to be the first team after 2 rounds.

Could you tell us about yourself, how you started to play hockey and who was your first coach?

I started playing hockey when I was 6 years old. My father was also a hockey player and he brought me to the section. He works as a coach in Kryvyi Rih. At first it was difficult because it was too hard to brake on the ice, but I began to work on this element seriously and when I done this I continued to improve my skills

And when you decided that you will be a forward?

The decision was made at the first training session. I took the example from my father, because he played at the same position.

Are you a fan of NHL, maybe you have a favorite team or player there?

Yes. Telling the truth I’m a big fan of this league. I’m watching especially games with «Сhicago Blackhawks» because it’s my favorite team. And Patrick Kane is my idol in hockey.

This is the first season of the Carpathian Junior Hockey League what can you said about this league?

It is a good idea to create international league because we got more matches and have the opportunity to play against teams from other countries. Each team has its own features.
