„ERASMUS+“ PROGRAM
KA151-YOU - Accredited projects for youth mobility

Sports club "CSKA - Hockey", Bulgaria in partnership with "Karpatská mládežnícka hokejová liga", Slovakia implement the project "BEING WELL, DOING WELL" with No. 2022-1-BG01-KA151-YOU-000062657 in the period 01.06.2022 - 31.08. 2023.


Youth mobility is coming up, where participants will have the opportunity to participate in various activities and events and thus develop their knowledge about the key role of sports in achieving a healthy and balanced lifestyle. They will work together on basic topics such as the need for good physical activity, the importance of a good diet for physical and mental development, the health risks of practicing harmful habits such as alcohol, smoking and drugs, they will learn techniques to achieve internal balance and equanimity .
 
38 young people and 2 group leaders from Bulgaria and Slovakia will take part in the project, who within 14 days will work together to build a better future based on a healthy and physically active lifestyle. The mobility will take place in Sofia, Bulgaria

The target group of young people will be between the ages of 13 and 30, showing a desire to be involved in the activities, an interest in the sport of ice hockey, a strong motivation to upgrade their knowledge and skills and a desire to work for the good of their community, including individuals with fewer options.
 
The main goal of the project is aimed at bringing together international experience and know-how to popularize sports as a consolidating factor contributing to the development of young people in modern society and building them as knowledgeable and capable individuals, capable of working for the better development of their communities.
