Sports club "CSKA - Hockey", Bulgaria in partnership with "Karpatská mládežnícka hokejová liga", Slovakia implement the project "BEING WELL, DOING WELL" with No. 2022-1-BG01-KA151-YOU-000062657 in the period 01.06.2022 - 31.08. 2023.

The main goal of the project: bringing together international experience and know-how to popularize sports as a consolidating factor contributing to the development of young people in modern society and building them as knowledgeable and capable individuals capable of working for the better development of their communities .

A youth mobility was held in the city of Sofia, Bulgaria, in which 38 young people (part of the target group) and 2 leaders from Bulgaria and Slovakia took part. Within the 14-day mobility period from 04.12.2022 to 17.12.2022, they worked together to build a better future based on a healthy and physically active lifestyle. Participants took part in various activities and events and thus developed their knowledge of the key role of sport in achieving a healthy and balanced lifestyle. They worked together on basic topics such as the need for good physical activity, the importance of a good diet for physical and mental development, the health risks of practicing harmful habits, such as alcohol, smoking and drugs, and learned techniques for achieving inner balance and equanimity.

The target group of young people was between the ages of 13 and 30, showing a desire to be involved in the activities, an interest in the sport of ice hockey, having a strong motivation to upgrade their knowledge and skills and a desire to work for the good of their community, including individuals with fewer options.

At the end of the exchange, all participants received their certificates certifying the acquired skills and competencies after their inclusion in the "BEING WELL, DOING WELL" project.
