During the past three days (August, 25-27), the Polish city of Jastrzębie-Zdrój welcomed the players of six teams who competed for the title of Winner of the 2020/2021 FINALE TOURNAMENT U16.

The young hockey players of Dynamo Dnipro did the best, winning all five matches and became 2020/2021 Carpathian Junior Hockey League U16 CHAMPIONS. The players of the Ukrainian SDUSSHOR Kharkiv took the second place. The bronze medals were won by the players of the Czech HC Lvi Břeclav.
