„ERASMUS+“ PROGRAM
KA151-YOU - Accredited projects for youth mobility

The project "BEING WELL, DOING WELL" with No. 2022-1-BG01-KA151-YOU-000062657 was implemented in the period 01.06.2022 - 31.08.2023.

Beneficiary: "CSKA - Hockey" sports club, Bulgaria
Partner: "Karpatská mládežnícka hokejová liga", Slovakia

The main goal of the project was aimed at bringing together international experience and know-how to popularize sports as a consolidating factor contributing to the development of young people in modern society and building them as knowledgeable and capable individuals capable of working for the better development of their communities. By participating in various activities, the young people acquired key knowledge and mastered good practices for leading a healthy and balanced lifestyle.

38 young people and 2 group leaders from Bulgaria and Slovakia took part in the project, who within 14 days (04.12.2022 - 17.12.2022) worked together to build a better future based on healthy and physically active lifestyle.

With the implementation of the "BEING WELL, DOING WELL" project, the set goals were achieved:

 Goal 1: Creating habits for leading a healthy lifestyle and well-being;

Goal 2: Social inclusion in and through sport;

Goal 3: Affirming the role of sports for the development of personal and professional improvement and prevention of early school leaving.


THE MAIN THEMATIC AREAS THAT WERE AFFECTED IN THE PROJECT ARE:

PROMOTION OF PHYSICAL ACTIVITY AMONG YOUNG PEOPLE AS A PREVENTION OF UNHEALTHY LIFESTYLE;

PREVENTION OF VIOLENCE, HARMFUL HABITS AND FIGHT THEM;

SOCIAL INCLUSION IN AND THROUGH SPORT;

DEVELOPMENT OF PERSONAL AND PROFESSIONAL IMPROVEMENT;

ADDITIONAL ACTIVITIES.
