Association "Sports Club "CSKA-Hockey" finalizes the project "Hockey for every child",№2024-1-BG01-KA182-SPO-000231859.

During its implementation, educational mobility of 6 hockey coaches from the "CSKA Hockey Sports Club" in Slovakia was carried out. The mobility was implemented in the period 01.11.2024-30.12.2024 within 60 days. The host organization "Karpatská mládežnícka hokejová liga" (KMHL) organizes thematic trainings, seminars, discussions, practical classes, conducting and participating in various events, forums and competitions of a social, public and/or volunteer nature.

The specific benefits of the coach training were:

• Expanded knowledge of hockey skills, tactics and strategies.

• Improved communication skills and ability to build positive relationships with players, according to their age and abilities.

• Skills to apply new coaching methods and psychological techniques to motivate children during play.

• Improved ability to identify and address the individual needs of child players.

• Improved ability to create a positive team culture and encourage thinking about team and individual development.

• Increased confidence in coaching abilities and decision-making skills.
