Within the framework of the project "Hockey for Every Child", the educational mobility for coaches of the "CSKA-Hockey" Sports Club was implemented, conducted by the partner organization "Karpatská mládežnícka hokejová liga" (KMHL) in Slovakia. During the actual mobility, six key experts from the CSKA-Hockey SC had the opportunity to enrich their knowledge and skills in the field of winter sports coaching methodologies, as well as to conduct included observations in hockey training for children in Slovakia, for a period of 60 days.
By participating in various activities, the experts acquired key knowledge and mastered good practices for encouraging adolescents to lead a healthy and balanced lifestyle.
The participants had the opportunity to work actively on:
• improving their sports and technical skills;
• developing and improving personal and professional skills such as communication, digital, foreign language, teamwork, building a network of partnerships, etc.
• increased knowledge for conducting activities to promote and raise public awareness of the advantages and benefits of hockey as a mass sport.
Project "Hockey for Every Child", № 2024-1-BG01-KA182-SPO-000231859 was implemented in partnership with the CSKA Hockey Club, Bulgaria, and the "Karpatská mládežnícka hokejová liga" (KMHL), Slovakia, in the period 01.06.2024-31.01.2025.
